EMBRACING WHAT IS
Embracing What Is is a series of seven paintings created with acrylic and oil sticks on canvas. Inspired by my endometriosis pain sketchbook, the series explores the relationship between the body, acceptance, and healing.
The works reflect a shift from resisting physical experiences toward listening to and embracing the body as a living system. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, the series explores vulnerability, resilience, and the process of reconnecting with the body through compassion and awareness.
